Touch HD-12 2nd gen "Firmware problems detected"
I have a Touch HD 12 (2nd gen) that seems to be corrupted in some way. When booting up, it's stuck on the initialization screen ("Loading Rainmachine data"). When I go to settings and try to reset, it tells me "Firmware problems detected" and suggests that I unplug and plug it in again. However, this hard power-cycle doesn't help: the device is still stuck in the initialization screen, and repeated attempts to reset it still tell me "Firmware problems detected".
Are there other ways to factory-reset the device state (e.g., can I get it into the Android bootloader / recovery mode)? Is the flash damaged in some way? Is it replaceable (SD card?) on the 2nd gen hardware?
