How can I start warranty process?

My HD 12 just went dead. It is less than a year old. Please let me know how I can start the warranty process.

So did you get it replaced? My HD 12 also died, it was 3.5 years old, just this past summer 2022. Something about the electronics is badly designed or the parts are not very good. I've have electronics that are running fine for 32 years now without issue, so it is not int he nature of electroncis to just fail, especially that fast.
