Possible bug with Rainmachine and data from a local WeatherFlow installation

When the local WeatherFlow Personal Weather Station is enabled in my Weather Services setup, I've noticed that "adaptive skip" and "water surplus" are ignored, and the Rainmachine always waters at 100% of the scheduled time.  When I disable the WeatherFlow service and use Wunderground - set to use the same WeatherFlow weather station - then "adaptive skip" and "water surplus" are honored by the Rainmachine.

When WeatherFlow Personal Weather Station is enabled, in the last few hours prior to a scheduled irrigation, the values for "adaptive skip" or "water surplus" will change from 0% to an intermediate value, to 100% just prior to the scheduled start of irrigation, and the program runs at 100%.  This does not happen when any other weather service is enabled, only with WeatherFlow.

  Same issue. It rained 3.5 inches yesterday (reflected in the RainMachine UI as observed rainfall) and yet all of my programs were scheduled to water at 100% today. After finding your post, I switched to the Wunderground service and everything is working as expected.
