No Voltage in Specific Scenarios

New 12-zone controller. 1st Issue: When running from the controller, Zone 8 shows no voltage when checked with common terminal. Master valve terminal also does not show voltage when checked with common while Zone 8 is running. 2nd Issue: When queuing up multiple zones from the controller, once it reaches Zone 8 the same situation as issue #1 occurs, except when it moves to Zone 9 and 10, they also do not come on (no voltage). If I 'Stop All' and try to run 9 and 10 separately, they do just fine. The weird part of all this is, the client can run Zone 8 from her phone and there is a proper voltage reading and the solenoid actuates. This seems to be an issue only when running Zone 8 from the controller. As for the queuing issue, it seems to be related to the overall Zone 8 issue. Should she send back under warranty? Please advise. Thank you.

  Dear Jeff,

  Please do the measurements again with the Zone 8 wire disconnected.
  We need to rule out any possible issue with the wiring.

  Note that the unit outputs AC current, so the voltage meter must be set on AC power.
