RainMachine + Flow meter a notification when water finished in the well or problem with pomp.

in my experience it happens that by watering at night and having a shallow well every now and then I run out of water and have no way of noticing it.

Since I have a flow meter connected to the Rainmachine control unit, my idea was to receive a notification when a running program no longer detects the flow of water
