In California many communities are adding requirements that water usage be reduced by a specified percent. It would be useful if there was a global parameter that allowed me to reduce Rain Machine water usage by a specified percentage. Since some plants have more critical water needs, there should be an option per zone to ignore the global reduction. This won't precisely control water usage, but will allow any easy method to reduce usage without having to readjust every zone through kluges such as changing sprinkler head Precipitation Rate.

  Or in my case we are under a voluntary restriction.  No watering on Monday plus only water on even or odd days based on address.
