Display flickering

Just noticed this.   The display seems to be flickering - you really notice it with straight lines.  Touch and everything works.   Is this normal?

  We do not think is normal. But just to be sure, please record a video of the behaviour and sent it to our colleagues on the support email. They will investigate further.
