    Hi,
You are not doing anything wrong it is just a bug in our local web app code, the one saved on the device itself and we are sorry for that.

For now, on the local web app, if you cannot use the RainMachine mobile app, please create a program with FIXED times for your zone/zones. After that make it Inactive and then save it.
Making it Inactive will never run, but you can start it manually whenever you want to run those zones, just click on its Play button and it will start.

Again, sorry about this issue, but currently there is no way to workaround it other than creating a program, set is as Inactive and run it when you want, or use the RainMachine mobile app.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Is there any plans of fixing this bug?

Also, I have tried to use the 30 day trial that you have, but every time I click on the button, it doesn't work. So, I have not tried the 30 day trial. Which means the only way I can run my controller is with the web app using my port forwarding and ip. I would like to try it to see if it is worth it, but it is what it is I guess.

    Hi,
We just tested on our side and it is working to start the trial.
Can you tell us what browser do you use when accessing https://my.rainmachine.com ?
Also, can you use a RainMachine mobile app to sign in with your RainMachine Remote Access email address and start the trial from there?

    Thank you
    Justin

Well, I have tried from every browser.  I guess I am not sure what it is supposed to do. I click on start premium service. I do that and another screen opens up. I click on the green bar at the bottom that says start premium trial for 30 days. Nothing happens.

I have tried FF, Chrome, Edge, Opera and nothing works.

    Interesting
We just start a trial for our test account using Firefox for OSX and it worked instantly.
I'm not saying that it can't be something wrong, but we went and test it out to see what is going on and it worked.

    See the video-screenshot attached

the video is currently being processed by Youtube, but it is watchable.

    Thank you,
    Justin

That's exactly what I'm doing. It's just that when I hit the green bar, it doesn't do that.  Do I have some setting wrong someplace?
