    Voted up. This is literally the least y'all could do after reneging on the included remote access with the device.

    Agreed - Also, some of your documentation says port 443 is supported, but your "You're screwed, use direct access" email only states to use unsecured ports like 8080.  So which is it? I'm lucky enough to secure the connection through my firewall to only allow my device to connect, but others are opening up a huge hole in their network due to such a weak implementation of this.

    I'm bumping this, because this is a necessary option for security since you're taking away cloud access.

    I can't say I'm surprised at the lack of response to this thread. It's obvious the company is on it's last legs, and there is no real support available.
