Please Explain: "...discounts for hardware replacement and fixes." in new subscription description

    I recently had the screen on my Touch HD-16 go bonkers and start registering phantom presses. For like a moment I wondered if the subscription would cover it, but then I realized that since there's been no new stock for sale for months that I would be better off scrounging a used replacement from eBay (of which there are very few). The canary in the coal mine is pushing up the daisies.

    I did hear back from RM via email - FWIW they said: 

    "We provide 15% discount for any repair and free shipping back.
    Hope this information helps!"
