Please Explain: "...discounts for hardware replacement and fixes." in new subscription description
The following statement is included in the new premium subscription description:
"...discounts for hardware replacement and fixes."
This is interesting, but vague and not useful in making a decision regarding whether the subscription is worth it. I have RainMachine remote access via VPN so the remote access part of the subscription benefits is not any value to me.
Can someone from RainMachine support please provide some details. I would hope and expect that RainMachine staff have taken the time to identify what the discounts for hardware and fixes are going to be, and have examples of the savings for premium members who buy new equipment, or have existing equipment serviced.
I would like to continue to support RainMachine, but I also would like to know what I'm getting for my money.

I recently had the screen on my Touch HD-16 go bonkers and start registering phantom presses. For like a moment I wondered if the subscription would cover it, but then I realized that since there's been no new stock for sale for months that I would be better off scrounging a used replacement from eBay (of which there are very few). The canary in the coal mine is pushing up the daisies.
