Password not accepted
Hi Folks,
Is anyone getting a password prompt on their devices? I have 2 for 2 different homes and neither are taking the password. Didn't know if the cloud system was having an issue.

We are currently looking into this issue with our Android app.
_____________UPDATE: A quick fix is to remove your RainMachine Remote Access account from the app and add it again. It should work after that.

So, I removed the account from the app, and when I try to sign in, it says that I have a network error - something about checking my internet access. Sorry, but my internet access if fine. I tried it 5 times to no avail.
I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled. Same result.
So, now I am a step even further away from working. Thanks, guys!
