Premium Service is a Bust - Save your money
Paid via apple pay and got a receipt of the transaction charge. Rain machine app was downloaded onto three of my apple devices - 2 of which initially registered access to the premium service. Three weeks later and I am getting notices that I have 4 days left before the premium service trial ends across all of my devices. 3 days into trying to resolve this issue and they actually made the situation worse. Fact that you can only engage them via email would not be so bad if they fixed the issue, instead they made it worse and then did not respond to my reply. They used to be great when it came to customer service, not sure how it went into the toilet particularly now that they are requiring a subscription fee?

I replied to you on the support tickets.
Sorry about that, this could be related that the Apple ID Subscription transaction was not successfully sent to our servers from different reasons.
Please use the "Restore purchase" option from the RainMachine iOS app - My Account screen and this should initiate the validation process from Apple servers to the RainMachine Cloud Servers.
Right now, for your RainMachine Remote Access email account, we do not have any info from Apple.
This can be fixed and your account will get the correct status. If not, Apple will refund you the amount you paid since you did not use the RainMachine subscription. For that, make sure you have the RainMachine Subscription enabled under your Apple ID in iPhone/iPad iOS Settings - Apple ID - Subscription. If it is listed and the "Restore purchase" didn't helped you can ask Apple for refund.Thank you for your understading, Jim
