How do I fix a disabled program? RainMachine Touch HD-­‐16

I am not sure how it happened - because #1 I don't know how to and #2 If I did do it, it was totally by accident  -

I have a program that shows disabled in the programs screen but shows enabled on the zone screen on the touchpad of the unit- I researched for 2 hours and have been unable to find anything that works to fix this issue.  

It will run when I manually start it

It will not run on its own (because the programs screens show disabled?)

all of the other zones work just fine and water at the correct time, for the correct duration.

I am exhausted and frustrated, can you help me fix this please?

  Hi, Connie
  Let's recap:
  - you are seeing the program as Inactive on the Program screen on RainMachine Touch HD screen, right?
  That's correct and that's how it should look when it is Inactive.

  Now. You did not saved it as Inactive?
  No problem.
  To fix that, just tap on its name and the tap on the Enable and check it. Than save it and it become Active again.
