Daily program not visible in watering history

I have a daily program, but it's sometimes not visible in the watering history. I can see entries mentioning that there was a water surplus, adapative frequency or minimum watering time, but for some days there is just nothing. That means the history goes from 11 to 13 August. I read something about a bug related to finish before sunrise, but that was a post of 2 (?) years ago What's going on? :)

  Update, no watering data yesterday, but today it's reporting that the minimum threshold is not reached.

  I fixed the start time and now it works as expected. I don't have wunderground as weather provider, but it looks like the same bug as mentioned a few times. A program that is expected to water, but isn't watering, that's a critical bug. Should the functionality ( to finish before sun rise) then not be disabled until fixed?
