Is there value in the subscription? Not for support.
I tried the new premium subscription in hopes that the "premium support channel" would finally help me resolve long standing issues with the product.
Over 2 months after submitting my ticket this was the response.
"Apologies for the late response. We have been bombarded with tickets as of late and we're doing our best to go through them. There was a latest update as of this past weekend that should fix this. Please do an update and let us know if the issue still exist."
My response was as follows:

What version is this update? I am on v.4.0.1144 which was released on 10/17/2021. No updates found when manually initiating an update check, this is still the latest posted version on your support site as well.
Hopefully an answer doesnt take another 2 months.

Not only is the response not timely, by any definition. But it was wildly inaccurate as there has been no software updates for months.
Posting so potential subscribers can be informed.
