Programs not showing in iOS, but in web app

Mini-8 with preexisting programs now doesn't show any programs in iOS app, but still shows them in web app. Programs are still running as scheduled. iOS still allows manually running of zones, and editing of other settings. This occurred around the time of the change in service plans, and possibly my paying for a premium subscription; coincidence or related?. Thanks for any advice.

  Hi.
  Please try to clear the RainMachine iOS app cache by going to Settings - System Settings - Advanced System Settings- Clear Local Cache.
  After that, foce close the app and open it again to fetch the data from the RainMachine device.
