Hardware Rain Sensor
So, I think I may have messed something up.
Is the "Use hardware rain sensor" on by default, and is the box for "Rain sensor normally closed" normally checked?
I do have a Hunter Sprinkler RAINCLIK hooked up inline. So, should I have one or both of those checked?
I ask because I think I did check both recently, and just noticed my system hasn't run for like 6 days because it says rain was detected. Problem is, it didn't rain each day.
Guessing that the hardware sensor should be checked but that the sensor that I have is NOT normally closed which is causing it not to run when checked?
Thoughts?

On a related note, I would like to know where I can get a 6-pin connector that would allow me to plug in a hardware rain sensor. In the support articles on this site, it shows to connect it to the 2 far right pins of the 6-pin connector, however, I would like some type of harness that I can attach. Where can I get this connector?

Levelbest - You are correct, I would swap the setting for Rain sensor normally closed.
Makoto - This is something we are in the process of planning, and hope to have a 6-pin connect at some point. Stay tuned with our newsletter at www.rainmachine.com/help.php

Hi,
I used a connector from an old 3-pin computer fan I had laying around (cut the wires, stripped two of them and spliced them with the wires running to the rain sensor). I have one of the Hunter Click rain sensors.
With that being done I can't seem to find where the option to select whether or not I have a rain sensor is? I looked through the RainMachine interface & through the app (I have a HD-12 ver. 2 & am using the iOS app). Infact I also took a quick look through the web GUI. I thought it would be under restrictions, but I can't seem to find it..
Am I going senile already?!
thanks!
