Enhance Vegetation Type with more options

Vegetation Type needs few more entries.

Lawn Type - Beside generic Lawn type can we also add some popular lawns. i.e. St. Augustine, Bermuda, Zoysia, Kentucky Bluegrass. Reason being that St. Augustine needs lot more water then Zoysia. It helps when you have more than one kind in your lot.

Flower needs one more entry - "Native Flowers", they need much less water.

Drought Tolerant needs to be broken out as a toggle switch.

  I agree with you again:) Voted!
  I can do that already by chosing "Custom" for the vegetation type and enter the values exactly for the vegetation type that is not present on the given options.

  We will be adding more types with categories, it will need a UI rework to make it easier to select.

  I would also like to see "trees in pots" or "shrub in pot", etc. With a choice of pot size. And most importantly, be able to select emitters by GPH.
