Relay output zone one quit working. It is enabled for the pump controller

We have a HD-12 2015 that has been on line for around a year.  We love this machine.  The pump relay output is no longer working.  Check it with a meter and it is not reading 24vac to common.  The zone that outputs are reading 24vdc.  This unit is enabled.  What is the quickest way to get this unit repaired or replace?

  Hi Paul,

  Do you have Master valve(Pump) enabled on Zone 1? Have you measured with a voltmeter set to AC power between Zone 1 and common and you don't get any voltage when you start Master Valve/Zone 1? As a test, you can disable  the master valve and test zone 1 manually and see if it outputs any voltage. Please check the Master Valve and pump relay article .

  Note that the RainMachine is a 24VAC device and will not drive the pump, it will simply activate the on/off relay, which in turn can switch on/off power to a pump . Most pumps require 220V to operate.
