Allow customizing the order of zones

Hello, I now have added several zones, garden and lawn mixed. Rather than trying to make separate programs, it would be easier for me to simply choose the order of zone watering myself. Please consider this as it is a big help to those who add zones later on.

  In the WebUI when you open a program settings, next to each zone on the list there is a small UP/DOWN arrow. Just drag and drop to rearrange.

  Yes, it can be done from mobile as well when you edit a program.

  So I don't see those up/down arrows in my zone list in a program.  Do I need to do anything to enable that?

  Ok, I got it to work!  I never see the arrows.  But (in app) just pressing on a zone and holding that press will hilite the zone and then it becomes moveable.  Nice!  Would be good if the documentation mentioned this feature.
