Available Water . . . How it works?

I noticed my system was mess up this week and I think it has to deal with how the system calculated the available water.  I has not rained any since the run on 6/17 - 6/20 but still shows on 6/20 there is now 18 mm of available water.  

The QPF values are stored as all 0's the phaser said in the log. Rain=0 and realPercip=0 for every updated between these two runs in the log.

Where did this water come from?? My only guess would it one day it could not use the PWS station and plugged in the QPF value instead so now it has it stored.  Should it correct it back out next time it updates from the station?

  Disregard last post, graphs finally updated. Noticed the issue was the weather station reported wrong info.

  Still would like to know how it works
