Zones not activating

I just installed the Rainmachine mini in place of my Hunter. I labeled all the wires before uninstalling the Hunter and I followed these instructions: https://support.rainmachine.com/hc/en-us/articles/228664347-Replacing-Hunter-Pro-C-with-RainMachine but for some reason when the machine or my app says it's watering it's not. So, the display on the unit and my phone say Zone 4 is watering, but I'm standing outside and there is no water. Ideas? I have the P/MV in Zone 1 and updated it in the app and I have the Com wire in the first C port. Then I have the 1-7 wires in the 2-8 ports. I also have a rain sensor in the rain sensor ports.

Strangely my RM-16's zone 4 has the same issue. All other zones 2-14 works except 4. I tried the pin on another port but don't see water either.

I have the same issue - is something supposed to go in the second Common screw?

Turned out my zone 4's pipe was broken so the head wasn't popping up. It's working now.
