'delay' under WiFi indicator
Recently I noticed that there is a 'delay' indictor lit under the WiFi indicator on the Mini 8. I can't seem to find anywhere what this is for or what it's indicating.
I'm running the latest version of the firmware (4.0.900)

Device firmware (4.0.900) doesn't show LED available settings yet. It is shown in app settings, ie
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rainmachine
changes description says: "New Mini8 Led settings: show restrictions on led and manually start a program". -
I noticed this 'DELAY' LED lit last night while trying to troubleshoot my first trouble with my mini-8. I did a reboot using the app and it cleared the LED.
Now I am just waiting for support to give me a call to try and figure out why I have this current problem that is restricting me from watering my yard.
Yesterday the lawn service came out and sprayed my lawn for bugs and fertilized. I was told to give a ten minute sprinkling of each zone at 8:00 PM.
I added a schedule to do just this with the app. When 8:00 PM rolled around and passed and not seeing any sprinkler activity I knew something was wrong.
I sat and fiddle with the app for an hour trying everything I could think of to no avail. I gave up and went to bed. I got up this morning and tried to do a manual watering and am getting the same thing. It looks like it is running a zone but after about five seconds it stops. In the app it will show 'Pending' on all the zones. I looked at every setting for any delay, even turning off weather and anything that might somehow delay but nothing worked. Another thing I am seeing is in the app when a zone is started it will start the countdown like you normally see when the zone is running but after about 5-6 seconds it will restart the timer and continue this over and over until I stop it. There seems to be some type of bug in the code. I give up. I'm waiting on support to help me out with this or I go to Home Depot and buy an Orbit and try my luck with their product. I've been a long time user of the Rain Machine Mini-8 and loved and recommended to others. Now, I'm on the fence. Anyone else having this same problem?

Paul, I experienced the exact same thing with my mini8 yesterday. Power cycling and rebooting did not help. I contacted support and they said that the unit needed to be re-flashed and they were going to send me a new unit since I was still under the warranty period. After hanging up I hesitantly decided to reset to factory defaults ( I hate losing the history, Wunderground, ForecastIO). The machine seems to be working now. Emailed support & informed them that the issue seems to have resolved itself after the reset, so not sure if they will replace it anymore. Like you, I like the machine but now have fears that it may be an issue that could keep coming up erratically. I'm still within Home Depot's return policy and will keep a close eye. If this happens again I will return it to HD.
