Suggest ability to finish by specific time

Is it possible to add the ability to have programs complete by a specific time? In other words, make the starting time dynamic according to what is scheduled? We run into an issue on hot days where program runs longer than usual interfering with water pressure for showers in the morning. It would also be helpful when program runs are shorter so that they’re done closer to sunrise.
