Cannot access RM trough browser @ https://my.rainmachine.com/ui/, I can access via app and direct IP address in browser.

  Rebooted the RM and seems to be working now

  Hi, Thomas
  You were trying to access it when we made some changes to our remote access servers and we had to reboot them.
  That's why it wasn't available at that moment and now it is.

  I have had the same problem since the servers upgrade. Have not been able to access through the web @ https://my.rainmachine.com/ui/. followed tech suport instructions for rebooting, disabling/enabling remote access but nothing has worked. Brandon (tech support) has gone MIA on me. Below is a snapshot of the error I get.
