the new “[Announcements] NetAtmo Weather Service not functional“ it’s a joke!

what do you want me to understand? don't waste your billing needs on netatmo. be honest, it's not a requirement of the netatmo api

  Hi,
  It is a requirement for NetAtmo API Authentification process. Yes.
  https://dev.netatmo.com/apidocumentation/oauth#client-credential
  
  But a new version of the NetAtmo RainMachine Weather Service will be available for the non-premium subscribers too.
  It will need a NetAtmo member account that will allow to get the API credentials using NetAtmo apps
