What is the status of this Company?

What is the true status of this company? I want to buy another product but nothing has been in stock and hasn’t been in stock for the past 2 years. I have been searching high and low for a Touch HD 16 zone since July 2021 and have only been able to get a 12 zone off eBay hoping that will be all I need. Well new house is almost done and I ask about zones and at first was told 10 and thought I got lucky, nope my inspector tested 14 zones the other day. So I could get another eBay find on a 12 zone and some how Frankenstein the two together or hope someone wants to part ways with a 16 zone. I could not hook up 2 zones and hand water but that defeats the whole purpose. I want a HomeKit compatible device but Ranchio drop HomeKit support and the Yardian only supports 12 zones. RainMachine Team what gives? I paid for the subscription service and I don’t have keys to the house yet that’s how bad I am trying to support yall. I guess this is more of a rant but it would be nice to see a roadmap of yall future. If y’all are bringing new devices to the table please ensure you have 16 plus zones versions with built in Ethernet support. Along with having the ability to run two accessories in tandem. I would love to be able to have the rain sensor and master flow valve tied into the system and not pick and choose.

  I'm pretty certain it's dead. My Touch HD 16 died this season after a malfunctioning power brick overvolted it to death, and a replacement gen 1 unit from eBay is showing lots of signs of failure as well (won't save programs correctly, random reboots, etc.). Standard problem for many hardware vendors, you hit market saturation quickly because it's a durable good people expect to last for 10+ years. It doesn't help that there's a bunch of other companies hawking controllers and a few dominant players that crowd the smaller ones out.

  I was lucky and found a 16 zone Touch HD a couple weeks ago will install in a few days been busy moving in and setting up my other smart home devices. Yeah this company looks likes it is dead and I just hope the 16 zone last me a few years and maybe Yardian will have an update device out that supports 16 zones as they have the ability to support a rain sensor and master flow control sensor simultaneously (I just wish it a touch screen like the RainMachine TouchHD). I hate that COVID killed this company with the supply chain and chip shortage issues. 

  I do have a functioning 12 zone that I will not need any more if you want to buy.
