    Hi, Andy
Would you please try adding the port 8080 at the end of your Direct Access IP address for an HTTPS connection, or 8081 for HTTP connection?
Please try them both and let us know.
Also, if you open the Safari mobile browser when your iPhone is on the 4G network, or outside of your local Wi-Fi network, can you access the Mini-8 IP address and the RainMachine web app interface shows up?

    Thank you!

My router’s port forwarding is currently set to 8081. It used to be set to 8080, but that didn’t work either.

I can connect via Safari on my iPhone using my cellular connection and the same URL as in my Direct Access.

    Hi, Andy
Ok. Would you please send us a screenshot of the Direct Access screen after you enter your IP address?
It should be left without https or http in front of it and use the 8080 port.

    Thank you!

Where should I send the screenshot?

Also, note that the Direct Access address is not using the 8080 port but rather the external port number as set up in my router’s port forwarding.

You can attach the screenshot here, on the forum.

Yes, but the IP:PORT you forward for the Mini-8 is its local IP address and port 8080

I’d rather not post my info to a public forum. Can I email it to you?
