iPhone App Connection Problem
I'm using my Mini-8 at a new location after being offline since last summer. I've managed to get everything set up fine and have updated to the latest firmware. I can connect to the local IP from the web page. I can also connect to it from my iPhone (I've updated to the latest app version) from my home network.
However, if I add a Direct Access entry to allow me to connect externally, all I get is the spinner which never stops. If I delete the Direct Access entry, the spinner appears for a second, then goes away and I can connect to the RainMachine locally.
I've verified that the router is set up correctly (even if it weren't, it shouldn't hang on the Devices screen). In fact, I can connect externally using the web page and the exact same address as my Direct Access entry.
Why is it hanging on the Devices page from the iPhone app when there's a Direct Access address. Note that due to the hang (spinner), I can't even access it locally! Also, this use to work fine for years before I moved to this new location.

Hi, Andy
Would you please try adding the port 8080 at the end of your Direct Access IP address for an HTTPS connection, or 8081 for HTTP connection?
Please try them both and let us know.
Also, if you open the Safari mobile browser when your iPhone is on the 4G network, or outside of your local Wi-Fi network, can you access the Mini-8 IP address and the RainMachine web app interface shows up?
Thank you!
