iPhone app works on iPhone 11 / won't connect on iPhone SE
I have iPhone 11 and wife has iPhone SE. My phone sees our RainMachine and can connect to it (local discover). My wife's phone displays "No RainMachines found". Same WiFi settings for both phones. On my wife's phone she can browse to 192.168.1.136 (the rainmachine address) and connect to the rain machine that way but is not nearly as convenient as the app. But does demonstrate that there is network connectivity from her phone to the rainmachine. I have removed/reinstalled the app on her phone, restarted her phone, and rebooted the rainmachine. Still working fine on my phone but never works on hers. Also checked WiFi router to confirm all devices are connected on the 2.4G band.

It seems like something is blocking local communication, lets also make sure local discovery in turned on in the app.
Device screen > 3 horizontal lines > Network Settings > Local Discovery
Lets also try settings up remote access to see if that helps.
Device screen > Sign In > Sign in with RainMachine
