I am watering 6 zones using NOAA features. I'd like to be able to water hanging plants on my porch using NOAA for temp without using the rain part of NOAA to restrict watering when it is 90 out and rains on that day. Hope you understand how that messes up watering as it is. Thanks, Ed

Being able to turn off certain parts of NOAA and other weather services is an interesting idea. I will run it by our team. What you can do currently is turn off weather data on the zone or program level, i.e. you can edit the zone that your porch plants are set on and disable weather data. This will make it run on a fixed schedule, which may be a better fit for your situation.

I agree. Hanging plants under an overhang or under a porch are not currently able to be handled appropriately... and likewise for areas with significant tree canopy cover and root draw... it would be nice to dial-down the benefit of rain on a percentage basis... and possibly set a rain threshold to be exceeded before rain is considered a factor (due to canopy absorption).

Watering plants on a covered porch via a drip system is a huge part of my irrigation needs. Having a way "dial down" (to near zero) the rain effect of the weather forecast but still benefit from the evaporation/transpiration effect of temperature extremes would be awesome. A timed schedule doesn't always handle covered areas well. Thanks.
