Disable Program notifications when Paused

I have my Rain Machine paused, however, I'm still getting push Notifications telling my my programs are starting and ending. When I go look, they ran for 0 minutes. Can notifications for programs be disabled when it is paused? Or alternatively if the program is going to run for 0 minutes, then don't create the notification?

I might like the second better as it will also work when programs are skipped due to weather adjustments. I am assuming the notifications go through in that case as well as when paused. Kinda hard to test on demand for me.

  Is this still in the works? Seems small but it routinely leaves a silly impression on the product. I’m aware I can manually disable them for the winter. But it just seems like a quick win.
