iOS app 4.5.102 crashes
FixedRM 16 zone installed over a week ago and worked perfectly with app. This morning the app on my Iphone X started to crash. Have downloaded it again but same result.

I am now seeing this same problem! I cannot get past the setup screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone XR iOS 13.6.1. I tried to find a way to delete the iCloud data as well, but the instructions, did not match up.
It has been several weeks, I have been unable to use the RainMachine Pro 16 at all.

I would like to assure you that there is nothing wrong with your RainMachine Pro device.
Would you please tell us more about your issue?
- did you update the RainMachine iOS app from AppStore to the latest version? 4.6.110
- are you using a mesh WiFi network or extender?
- what do you mean about “a way to delete iCould data”? do you mean the RainMachine remote access account? RainMachine doesn’t use iCloud account.
- did you contact our support team by email or phone? https://www.rainmachine.com/help.php#contactusI would like you to go to RainMachine Pro device - Settings - System - IoT - Apple HomeKit - Disable WAC Mode
Then, on you iPhone go to Wi-Fi and look for RainMachine Pro AP (setup hotspot) and tap on it to connect. Once connected, open RainMachine iOS app and wait for the RainMachine Pro to be listed on DEVICES screen with the “setup” label next to it. Once it shows up, tap on it and start the setup once again.Let me know if that helps, Eric
