Allow system to wait four days for watering, yet still comply with “even” day requirement.

This has been under our scrutiny for some time now, the way we are designing it is that the every X day will be the minimum frequency. That's because you can hit an ODD day with every 4 days for example (end of month) so you will water on next day which actually becomes a 5 days interval.
We want to gather more feedback on this before going live with this setting.

Agreed, that is the same issue that occurs when every other day even watering and is a double hit when months have 31 days. In this example becomes a 6 day interval. Without this feature being accurate my sprinkler then becomes a non-compliant city ordinance system and is subject to fines.
