    I've seen that you are already handled by one of our support technicians. A few notes for reference:

    1. The 20 seconds reset is for Mini-8. For HD family you can use the mobile application or browser

    2. SSH access for HD family requires uploading of a key: https://support.rainmachine.com/hc/en-us/articles/228652648-How-to-SSH-on-Touch-HD-2nd-generation-devices. You shouldn't need this btw.

    3. Using the mobile app/browser you can add another weather service like Forecast.io/Darksky or OpenWeatherMap.
