need help i am new HD 12

i just have the rm for 3 weeks:

first week everything was fine including weather forecast from METNO (i live in germany Langenargen)

after comming back from holiday the weater forecast did not work anymore and the wrench was blinking.

what did i check:

1) checking wifi connection; RM says in the screen; connected, signalstrength good, link speed =0Mps

2) turning of weater forecast

3) Location set: over the ios app ; google activated on the RM

4) ckecking system time; was correct, over RM getting time from network enabeled

5) powering RM on and of

6) pressing the resset button on the RM

(i read the trobelshooting)

after all wrench is still blinking

what else did i observe:

1) the touch LCD does work only on the left, right and above the middle , not below the middle; touching the bench, the home dos not work

2) using the reset hardware (20 seconds) button does not make an reset only turning of and on (no factory reset)

3) making a factory reset over the touch screen is not possibel because the the button is below the middel of the screen (see problem one)

4) activating ssh over the app / broweser does not work

5) access is working through ios and browser

I've seen that you are already handled by one of our support technicians. A few notes for reference:

1. The 20 seconds reset is for Mini-8. For HD family you can use the mobile application or browser

3. Using the mobile app/browser you can add another weather service like Forecast.io/Darksky or OpenWeatherMap.
