one zone fails to water

Last zone in the list of all zones fails to water in the program.  I have turned off all the weather and automatic watering adjustments and that particular zone is set to water 10 minutes.  The history shows - start of watering but 0 duration for watering.  Please help! I was traveling and now part of my lawn is dead!!

 

I just looked at the history and it appears that when I increased the watering duration in all zones the last zone stopped working.

  Could it be an issue with the valve itself ? What happens if you manually run this valve ? Does it start or the machine just reboots (signaling a short or overload).
