Reboot not working

I have ethernet hardwired: I had local access the on the app working fine via 192 ip. However device has been off-line for days. In the app I clicked re-boot device nothing happened. On the screen I clicked re-boot device again nothing happened. I power cycled the device and I suspect it will be back online

  Is your RainMachine bound to this email you are using in the forums so I can check device connection logs ?
