Order defaulted back
For the second time my order (as shown below) went back to numerically ascending. Last time I figured maybe a glitch but just noticed today when I got the notification of the start of my every 2 day program.

From the history, it was fine last Thursday, Saturday lined up to water but due to rain it didn't - as it shouldn't have. But if you look at times, it was ready to fire off lower lawn at 16:00 which is zone 4 versus zone 4 (upper) as is the desired order.

I don't understand your reply, my question is around the ordering, not why it didn't water. Note Thursday watered in the right order - 4, 3, 2, 6, 5, 7,8 yet Saturday it appeared to want to water 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 7, 8 and then that's how it was since in the program. I had to manually edit the program back to the right order.

Sorry for the delay.As our colleague Brandon told you, we looked to replicate the issue on our side, we couldn't because there are no real-life watering order issue. Your program zones are started in the order you choose, (4, 3, 2, 6, 5, 7, 8), but the Watering History doesn't show the correct order in the listing. That's the bug we have right now.
The Watering History indeed list the zones on their numeric order, but if you look at the Start Time for each of them it shows the order you set for the program zones.
This is something we will have to fix by adding "Sort Filters" to the Watering History table.Thank you for your understanding, Ian

We cannot replicate your issue on our side, going and edit the program order through web app and then access the RainMachine with the mobile app everything stay the same. The order is changed, the program run following the changed order.
Did you have power outages or Mini-8 reboots during this time? You can check that by reading the Mini-8 uptime on the dashboard Home page.
We recommend to use only one RainMachine app to access the Mini-8, just for 1 week.
Change the program zone order, save it and then access the Mini-8 either by web, either by mobile app and check the status of the program zone order.
