Going to RainMachine.com brings me to a page that says the site is suspended, then loads a page that asks if you're the site owner to contact a phone number.  What's the deal with that?  I just noticed someone posted an Amazon review that mentions the same thing.  Doesn't look very good from a customer view point.

  At least before I was able to access my RainMachine from the "my.rainmachine.com" website, but now that's down too.  Come on guys, get it together.  That cheaper "R" option is looking rather tempting right about now.

  We are sorry about this issue. That message is unfortunate...
  
  It was an issue that was quickly resolved with the help we got from our hosting provider.
  All our services should be back online now but it will take time for the DNS to fully propagate.
  
  All our RainMachine devices are cloud independent by design and do not rely on a cloud connection in order to work.
