Web Site DOWN , is the domain lost?

it appears that rain machine has lost their rights to rainmachine.com. I get a message that the domain is available.

WTF???
HELP please

It should be back online, it's not yet clear why our hosting company decided to suspend domain, it was an automated script but we had to wait for "the team that enabled back the domains" to get back to work.

2 Questions;
1 - Don't you have this paid well in advance? It is scary to think it can go down one day for good.

2 - Why would it not let me log in via GUI using local IP address,? It says password is wrong when in fact it is not, phone app works.

1. Yes the domains are paid in advance with auto renew, it not entirely clear to us why we got suspended.

2. Make sure you go to https://<your IP> and accept the certificate warning.

At this moment the Web UI still has issues with DNS propagation but iOS/Android apps should work.

Actually, my web UI is working but my iPhone still can't remote access to the device. I am going to wait for a day or two to see if it will resolve itself.

I have same/similar issue. I can't log into rainmachine web site from laptop - says "there was a problem with the login process". I can access one of my 2 rainmachines from android app, but the app claims the other one is offline. Unfortunately the one claimed to be offline is 700 miles away, and I need to check on whether it is watering my yard. All this started when the rainmachine site went AWOL yesterday afternoon. It's scary that the whole system can fold like this.

Good to have things back up and running for the most part.

However, when not using WiFi and on cell service, the Android app reports that my RainMachine is "offline", thus not being able to connect. Will this resolve itself or be fixed anytime soon?

I'm in the same boat as Davelac. One rainmachine is fine. The second one (unfortunately 700 miles away) is not accessible across the network. Shows as offline. Web ui for it says incorrect password, which is the usual behaviour if the internet is down. However, I can see (via a camera) that WiFi light is ON on the front panel. Is this going to resolve itself if I wait?

The services should be restored including https://my.rainmachine.com. Please try from phone app if you still have issues with webpage, but it should work.
