RainMachine Android app crashes when multiple zones are put to inactive

I have a RainMachine Pro 16 running 4.0.1067 and if no zones are set to inactive it runs fine.  I had zones 13, 14, 15 and 16 set to inactive and when it loads the RainMachine it crashes a few seconds later.  I put them all to active and it loaded fine.  I then put only zone 16 to inactive and it still loaded fine.  I then put zone 15 also to inactive and the app crashed again.  Put it back to active and it loads just fine.  I then put zone 14 to inactive and it would crash again until it was put back into active.  So if more than one zone is set to inactive, the app will crash.  The app is version 4.2.22 and it is Android Oreo 8.0.0.

This happens with going to the device directly as well as through the RainMachine Proxy.

  For anyone else reading this, the issue happens only on Galaxy Note 8 devices and has been fixed in Android app version 4.2.24.

  Hi.

  We weren't able to reproduce the crash.
  What RainMachine firmware version are you using? (Check the About screen on the 4th tab)
  Also, what specific Android device are you using?
  Does the app crash right after you press the Save button to save the second inactive zone?

  RainMachine Pro 16 running 4.0.1067

  Note 8 running 8.0.0 August 1st patch

  The zones are already set to inactive (I used the local GUI), the app crashed after it completed communicating with the device, loaded the info and then you can see the GUI but crashes about a second later.

  Thank you for the extra details. Unfortunately, we still can't reproduce the crash.

  If it's OK with you, we would like to connect to your RainMachine to check what's going on. In order to do that, we need a temporary support PIN generated by you using the mobile app. (System Settings -> Generate Guest / Support PIN) . You can email the PIN to catalin@rainmachine.com .
