Pro-16 flow counter not working

Hello 
Just received my pro 16 and it seems the flow counter doesnt work sometimes when touching the wires i can see one click. But otherwise it doesnt count at all. The flow sensor i use works well it was usually plugged into an IPX and for 6 months didnt miss a liter

Is this function still to be considered beta or is it suppose to work right now ? (My flow sensor is a two wire sensor)

  Is there a list of supported flow sensors?  Not finding any documentation regarding this.
