    Our colleague Christian is already helping you on the support ticket.
    Just to double check with you - please tap on HOME button on your RainMachine Touch HD-12 and then tap on Settings - System - Updates & Restore and see if there is a new firmware update available for your RainMachine. It should be.
    Apply the firmware update and then try to setup your location once again also by going to Settings - System - Location, Date & Time.

    I'm having the same issue and I Downloaded last Update and rebooted.  Same issue.  No DONE button or way to enter the address.

    I am having the same problem as Emile above, and have had the same behavior.  

    I've tried doing the setup after performing a Factory Reset. Same result (or lack of result).

    I've sent in a support request, along with the offer to help troubleshoot the problem in any way I can.

    I am also having the same problem with new RainMachine....should not be this way...very disappointing!

    None of the instructions above work.  The only thing that did work for me was to download the RainMachine App.  I was then able to program Location, as well as everything else through the app.  Clearly there is a bug with the actual device as I have perfect signal strength where I put it and it simply does NOT allow you to input location. Very frustrating and they need to fix the software on the actual unit with an update. But download th APP on your phone and it worked for me!

    Yes, it is frustrated, we understand that and we are sorry about it. It needs a firmware update to fix the software on the actual RainMachine unit.
    The unit cannot be updated otherwise, we do not have control of it from our side.

    It is a bug that that now it is fixed.
    The fix is available in our latest beta firmware version.
    As Emile said, if you can, use the RainMachine mobile app (Android or iOS) with the phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network you should be able to set the location.
    Access the RainMachine device from the mobile app DEVICE screen, go to Settings - System Settings - tap on Location - enter your exact location and find it on the map - then save it.

    Edit: This workaround is available only for the 2nd gen of RainMachine Touch HD-12/16 (released from 2015)

    I join the crowd with not being able to input an address. 

    Following your instructions:

    Access the RainMachine device from the mobile app DEVICE screen, go to Settings - System Settings - tap on Location - enter your exact location and find it on the map - then save it.

    My APP has no "Location" selection. I've got the same results from both my iPad and iPhone APPs which I just downloaded today.

    We are sorry about that.
    Indeed the workaround is not available for the 1st gen of the RainMachine Touch device released in 2013. 
    It is only available for the 2nd generation of RainMachine Touch HD-12/16 released from 2015.
