Fine-tune notifications
FixedSo I have a RainMachine, remote access is enabled, and I have the App on my Android phone. Which means that about 10x per day I get notifications about watering turning off or on. To me, that's mostly pointless, since I know that the RainMachine will work.
What I would like: Notifications only when something goes wrong, or there is something important (like a firmware update).
The support document https://support.rainmachine.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002904108-Mobile-Push-Notifications claims that notifications can be enabled in the app itself, under "Settings" -> "Notifications". No, there is no such menu any longer, the settings menu has been renamed, and in there is no longer a notifications tab. I also looked at the web application, and it doesn't have notifications settings either. The only way I can see to disable notifications on the cell phone is to go to System settings -> Apps & notifications -> App notifications, select the RainMachine app, and disable it complete there.
Action item #1: Update the documentation to match the current version of the app.
Action item #2: It would be nice if notifications could be controlled fine-grain.
