Weather service temperatures
All weather service temperatures are 10-20 degrees low. Currently have NetAtmo (which is reasonably correct, but only 1 daily measurement with no periodic reading), NOAA, OpenWeatherMap, Wunderground, and ForecastIO programmed. I am referencing actual readings at my location from NOAA, for example, versus what my RainMachine indicates.
Noticed this a couple of weeks ago, and anticipated an "adjustment", which has not occurred. Therefore, RainMachine is in constant "Freeze Protect" when the temperature is well above threshold.

For Freeze Protect the RainMachine uses the lowest minimum temperature reported through the day. You mean that both MAX temperature and MIN temperature are lower with 10-20 degrees than real temperatures outside ? I haven't seen this behavior and the only thing that I can think of would be that RainMachine is setup with a wrong location. I would check if latitude and longitude in RainMachine are correct.

I'm in San Francisco and I think the local weather forecast is totally useless. We are so susceptible to the conditions of the marine layer, that we can easily be off 20 degrees from the forecast. This drove me to get a weather station. But this is still not good enough for regulating temp for irrigation as my system is essentially indoors (a greenhouse). Hence I proposed the following idea for improving weather adaptation of RM.
