mouse-over tooltip date always a day behind

Has anyone else noticed that when you are on the dashboard of the web interface and you hover your mouse over any given day of a program, the date that appears in the pop-up mouse tool tip is always one day behind whatever day column you pointer is on?  The attached screen shot shows what I mean.  In that screenshot I am hovering over the May 25th column of the Front Yard Adaptive Program but the pop-up mouse over tool tip that appears says May 24th. This on a HD-12 with firmware 4.0.0.1115.  Date/time and time zone are set correctly on the RM.

  Hi, Gregory
  We are aware of the issue and a fix will come in our next firmware update.
  This is just an UI display issue and does not affect the watering start days in any way.

  I'm also getting an error in the mouse over watering times - Last night mine said it would water 1.5-2 minutes per zone but they actually watered 17-20 minutes per zone! And this was about 5 hours after I saw the 1.5-2 minutes. One thing I did notice was that it watered each zone multiple times and the first one was about 1.5-2 minutes but then it had a soak delay and then watered more.

  This is on firmware 4.0.1122, WebUI=1.13
