Android: Two Notifications

Most days I get two notifications on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Android 9 May 1, 2019 Update.

RainMachine 4.4.5

One notification says watering didn't start due to water surplus.

Then I get another one saying watering started xx minutes.

Anyone know why it does this and how to fix it?

  Not sure if this is what you are seeing, but I've had notifications similar to what you show when a zone within the program is bypassed for Water Surplus, but the other zones water.

  I guess that makes sense but the notification should say "Zone X didn't start..." As it stands, it says the entire schedule didn't start.\
