Hi, all
We will investigate this on our side. It looks like a bug.
Until then please rely on another weather parser that will work for your location, like WUnderground, or OpenWeatherMap or DarkSky (Forecast.IO - free with API key 1000 calls/day)
Thank you for your patience,
Julian

Yes and we're sorry about that.
We're working on a fix. In the meantime, we suggest that you enable another weather service on your RainMachine devices by going to Settings - Weather - Add Weather Service. We recommend using the WUnderground, OpenWeatherMap or DarkSky (former Forecast.io that provide a free API key with 1000 calls per day).
We will let you know when the fix for METNO will be released.
Thank you all for your understanding.

Hi, all
We got a workaround solution until the fix will come with a firmware update.
All you have to do is:
- access the RainMachine device via a web browser (we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Apple Safari) by typing the RainMachine local IP address in the browser address bar or, if you're not at the RainMachine location, use your remote access credentials (validated email address and RainMachine password) to access it remotely at https://my.rainmachine.com
- once you logged in go to Settings - Weather and click on the Metno weather service that is not working and then uncheck the Enable checkbox and click on Save button.
- then click on the ADD NEW button
- download the python fixed Metno weather parser from this link (zip archive file - please click on the link and download the zip file from Dropbox)
- Save the zip file on your hard drive and then unzip it. You'll get the .py file.
- go back to the RainMachine web app and click on the Choose File button, locate the .py and select it
- click Upload button
- if the process is successful, you'll get a Custom:Metno Parser listed under the User Uploaded weather services tab
- click on it and then check the Enable checkbox and then click Save button
- after a few seconds to 1 minute the weather data from Metno weather service will be fetched.
Remember that this is a workaround solution. The complete fix for Metno weather service will be released first in our Beta Firmware Update and then the stable firmware update.
Thank you all for your understanding and patience.
Waiting for your reply if this workaround fixes the Metno issue for you.
Thank you.
